Big Update

So it has been about six months since I have updated this blog. I have a valid excuse for the lack of content for the first three months (December-March). During this time I travelled to Africa. I spent about 1 month in South Africa, Malawi and Tanzania respectively. The trip was an incredible experience, which has left me with approximately 5000 digital photographs and 60 rolls of film to edit....

The Streets of London - in 13 hours

I landed in London around 8 am no more than 2 hour of sleep withe the intent to stay up all day photographing Londoners on the streets, while waiting for my connecting flight to Johannesburg 13 hours later. This is what I saw during my layover in London.

Tonight I spent a couple of hours walking the streets. I immediately noticed the increased police presence. It seemed as though every corner I turned a new swarm of armed personnel stood, waiting, watching my every move.
